The Bison board is about as boring as . . . what I imagine Fargo is like. I am not one to abstain from strong drink, but these guys appear to drink antifreeze for entertainment. For such a storied program over the last 10 years, their fanbase is. D. U. L. L. dull. It is the Largest school in the state and they can’t fill a 15,000 seat arena on a Friday night, yet they bitch about us not traveling to their godforsaken zone of snow death. Watch the jambalaya at the tailgate too, there are gophers and prairie dogs missing. Must be snowmobile and Moose season cause the fans have gotten bored with the Bison. Lots of truth here. Looked at their ticket site this morning. Lots of good seats still available. Good news for the Dogs.

The dilemma of being good to the point of winning is boring and being too small to play anyone the fanbase cares about enough to show up for a game. “Ho hum, we beat another little school we have never heard of again. Yeah, another national championship”. Yawn. A good ass whipping Friday night would be in their own best interest, in my view. Make them hungry again. If they won’t do it for themselves, NDSU, do it for your program.

We lucked out. Time to end the northwest and the prairie midwest domination of the seeds. Nobody wants to attend games in these god awful places.

Time to end the northwest and the prairie midwest domination of the seeds. Nobody wants to attend games in these god awful places. Incorrect. The NCAA states that it places paramount value on “the Student Athlete experience” with regard to the Championships it conducts. So, since the NCAA has, for many years, been structuring FCS playoffs brackets where the ‘chalk’ outcomes most likely result in a predominance of games being played in these locations, then, by definition, they must be fantastic locations that provide NCAA Student Athletes with the best possible experience. EVERYBODY WANTS to play night games in towns like Brookings, SD and Bozeman, MT in December!

You guys are a bunch of pretentious people aren't you. First anyone that goes to Fargo will be greeted with cold weather, warm tents and all the free drinks and food you can handle. Talk to any fans that have visited Fargo. They have a great time. Second if you don't think the dome will be loud you are going to be surprised. It's hear a pin drop quiet when the Bison are on offense, and deafening loud when on defense. Last understand holding penalties. When you get a defender turned towards the flow of the play and keep pushing until they get pushed to the ground or past the runner It's NOT holding. If you grab the inside of a defenders jersey but don't impede their movement it's NOT holding. The Bison have perfected o-line blocking. Last good luck you're team is going to need it.

Straw man arguments, I like it.
By the way, we are pretentious, but in a good way.

I wondered not if, but when, the bizon welcoming committee was going to visit this board. Looks like a couple have arrived. Take their comments for what they are worth. Free advice and the price is right.
