I had a similar blog when I was about to sign with Samford, only my top 10 reasons for coming to Samford were the chicks.

That blog could have been a lot shorter. Pretty obvious why he came to Samford. Looked to me pretty early on he didn't want to be at Samford. Played with switch off for most part. Showed some real glimpses when the switch was on.

If he did leave on his own, it is telling that he would bolt from a team that has won eight of their last nine. 

WRT reappearance on the roster, maybe somone, like his uncle or his mama, made him understand how bolting gets translated to other teams?

I had heard he was expected to have a “players only” meeting not long ago. If he does come back… does he play this weekend or even the rest of this season? I agree that he is very quietly a good player for us but I would be worried about the chemistry now.

I would think that if he is back on the roster, he is on the team.  Team meeting or no team meeting, I doubt they would have installed him back on the roster on the official site if he had not been reinstated. 

If a kid quits on his team in the middle of a great run, I am not sure I can believe he is 100% on board after just a few days of self reflection.  If he does return, I wonder how invested he is in the program and in his teammates.

I hope he finishes his eligibility here.  He can definitely help us and he shows flashes of being a high level player.  Personally I have doubts he will enter his sophomore year as a Samford Bulldog though.

For now he’s a Bulldog. Any Bulldog is ok in my book.
